Worst ! worst ! For requesting any documents. At first place they take whole month and when they do process the request , it’s not even fulfilled and left partially. Then later, you gotta email them again and wait for another several days to get reply for the following. It’s totally terrible, just coz of there irresponsible analysis for email replies , i m literally suffering!!!
