Mohave has been taking care of me for many years. Probably the best run front office staff in 50 states and the Doctors there are very interactive with the patients. Easy appointment scheduling and you don’t have to wait centuries to get an appointment.
Nicholas Benites has a reputation for being 'nice,' but I experienced a different side of him. I am a 45-year-old disabled woman, and during my procedure, he became verbally aggressive. I was in the treatment chair with a nurse actively holding and suturing my head; because I was physically attached to the sutures, I could not move away while he was screaming and jabbing his fingers in my face. I have been going to this practice for a couple years & will never go anywhere else as long as PA Michael Roos is still there. He is a master of his trade and is worth more than gold. He is punctual & when he's not there is ALWAYS a very good reason. He takes his time to make sure it's done right. He listens & he follows up. He truly cares & is compassionate about his patients. He is a true professional & if you're looking for a dermatologist, I would highly recommend him!
Mike is friendly, caring and a straight shooter. Everyone in office is polite.
