Heard great things- nice doctor, but MAJOR lack of follow-thru and office staff incompetency. VERY unfortunate and having to be a self advocate to get procedures that are outpatient vs wasting time and money going through ER- is ridiculous. No "human kindness" whatsoever with Dignity Health
