Fast and easy. Great service on a refi
My Name is Ken, My commercial loan was due on January 1, 2026. In October, George Despotopoulos reached out and offered an interest-only loan with a cash-out option to pay off existing debt. This was a huge relief, as rising rates had made refinancing my original 5-year, 4% loan into a 7% P&I loan was unworkable.
