I do not recommend this company to LA investors. This company reached out offering better terms than my current lender. I trusted him and paid the application fee. However, just before closing, they suddenly said my property didn’t meet their valuation requirement, which they never mentioned earlier. They insisted on an appraisal, nearly causing my deal to fall apart. After that, I returned to my previous lender and successfully closed the deal within two days. Mike and the mofin team really came through for me! When my local broker was not able to make the deal work, I was able to transfer my appraisal and get it closed within a week! Impressive! Rates were good and service was the best! Working on my next deal now!
I do not recommend Los Angeles investors to work with this company.
