Factory 2/5 Clerke Place, Kurnell – Macrofoodz I had a technician come in to check our oven issue a few months ago. They replaced some parts, and it worked fine for a short while. However, the same issue has returned, showing the same error again. Moffat brands. Probably up there with the worst brand ever. As soon as equipment’s goes out of the 12 months warranty. Everything breaks down Regret buying this brand. Spend extra and get Goldstein’s. Rarely breaks down.
Had an issue with my Washtech Dishwasher and contacted via phone, reception were great, put me thru to Tech and diagnosed over phone, put me thru to make an appointment and the guy there kept making comments he was unqualified to make, suggesting things that didn't make sense. Eventually booked me in, I arrived at the appointment and everything went smoothly, the guy fixing the dishwasher kept me in the loop about the issues and repairs required and had the job completed in a few hours. Worst customer service. She hang up on me and blame me for not telling her to wait while I try to look for the job number
