Very disappointing after sale and service communication. I have shopped regularly in store along with family and not had a bad experience but unfortunately the online experience was not. The tone of the emails was not only condescending but the issue was not resolved. I have showed friends and colleagues and they agree the communication was not what would be expected. Unfortunately we will source our gift warehouse elsewhere from now on.
Great local store with a variety of clothing, gifts and literally everything you could ever want. The owner has great knowledge of all the brand she carries and was able to educate me on the origins of the brand. Absolutely loved shopping here and will spend lots and lots of money in the future, thanks girls ❤️❤️
Incredibly welcoming and made me walk out with a smile. I even mentioned to a friend its the first time in a long time where I had a beautiful experience at a shop!
Great store! Felt so welcomed when I walked in out of Otto’s. Friendly staff and a chill vibe. Definitely would shop there again
