Jay runs his business with exceptional excellence. Always on time and safe company to be in. His company is by far my favorite transportation service with the best communication skills and his employees are personable. I'm always happy when I learn I'll be riding with Modus. We had a perfect experience with Modus. Their owner Jay was our driver to the airport on an early Tuesday morning. He was prompt and friendly and most importantly was a safe driver. Highly recommend!

On time. Very comfortable. Great conversation. I accidentally left my cell phone in the trunk. I called him from the airport and he drove back and walked inside to bring it to me in line. The service is above and beyond.

We've used Modus for airport shuttles for years, often at odd hours. They are uniformly on time, and the vehicles are always clean and comfortable. Modus provides polite, courteous service that's a good value if you'd otherwise be paying for parking at RDM. Highly recommended.

I had another company cancel on me at the last minute and Modus was able to squeeze me in. Good ride, clean cars, and no check engine lights or other warning lights on the dash like some other companies.
