Transferring EMR systems is difficult in nature but the ModuleMD team is so easy to work with, kind, and understanding. Our office appreciates all the work they do and for helping our practice's transition be as smooth s possible.
I was initially very apprehensive with starting with ModuleMD. While their system is not perfect, it is full of hardworking individuals, which I believe is more important. This is the third EMR in last 18 months for my practice. Reason being lack of IT support once you sign a binding contract and pay. Frustration dealing with EMRs, slowed workflow, decreasing revenue due to delays and inadequate training put me at a difficult moment in my medical career (been at it for 40+ year).
