Beware. They sell faulty items and won’t provide a refund. We purchased a sleeper sofa in June 2022. Shortly after, we realized the sleeper was faulty and unusable. Workers from the store came to assess and confirmed that it was made faulty. The store agreed to replace the item and said it was take 12 weeks (this is after waiting for 6 months to receive the original sofa). I am shocked by the previous review mentioning a lawsuit because it seems we are headed that way. I ordered my dining table in April of 2022. The table did not arrive until November, which was 3 months later than expected. I should note that I had to be the one to e-mail Edwin for updates. No one bothered to contact me about delays, there were no apologies, etc. So the table was ready to be shipped and they just lost the legs. BEWARE! They really deserve 0 stars. I am an interior designer in NYC in business for 13 years. This company is definitely the worst I have ever worked with. They are deceitful in so many ways. I ordered a custom bed, 2 dressers, 4 nightstands and a custom sofa from them for a project. They delivered everything 2 months later than quoted. The delivery guys then screwed the leg on top of a nightstand, ruining it. We waited another 3 months for the replacement, the paint job was bad and they put the wrong legs on.
