I have been to this location atleast 5 times and for the appointment today, I was late for 20 minutes and the receptionist Kyla was very rude. She took the cancelation fee $50 although I told her I would reschedule or I can still do it today. She charged my card without my permission. She was very unprofessional and hung up on me when I tried to talk to her.

Friendly staff. However, I wouldn’t recommend the company or business at all. I was told my insurance company does not cover the services. However, my insurance company was still billed, in which they paid. In addition, I was charged an out-of-pocket fee as well. For over three months-I’ve contacted the billing department (which I was told I would get my refund for what I paid since they got paid TWICE). It was Never received. Based on my experience, Modoma is a poorly run clinic looking for patient billables instead of priotizing patient care. As of 11-2-23, I was denied further massage therapy because I am declining unecesary extra billable care and cannot attend billable appoinments on their schedule over the upcoming holidays. I was honest and proactive about my upcoming appointments needing to be on a schedule I can maintain and the care coordinator threw a tirade and stormed out of my consultation.
