Excellent, Excellent service..My representative Carlos (CoralGables) was very professional and on point..He always updated me from when my sofa left Brazil, to the shipping container stops, every port..I was very impressed. Delivery was white glove service too..I highly recommend Modo Furniture. Carlos was a 10 as well as Carla. The delivery was excellent 👌. Thank you again,.Christine and Eric

Carla is amazing! She has great attention to detail and excellent customer service. We are very please with our new bed frame. The team made the custom bed in 2 weeks and the delivery and installation process was very smooth. Thank you again!
