The people here are kind but the scheduling has been quite frustrating from the very start. They’ve rescheduled me almost every single time I’ve had an appointment. Usually they only inform me few hours before the original time. The most absurd case was on the night before my rescheduled appointment they called to rescheduled me for the second time… mind you all of my appointments I’ve made were months in advance Sometimes they explain and sometimes they give no reasoning at all, just that they Can’t.
