Expect to be on the phone for atleast 30+ min or longer to attempt to resolve dispatch mistake, zero help! Horrible communication, transportation arrives late and they dont seem to care, dont rely on making it to an important apt on time. Bad management! Horrible training on customer service, they make you feel like a burden to them, & to simply realize they get paid to do this to customers. What a shame!

Almost all of my rides have been canceled with this company, resulting in medical emergencies. Ive filed grievances with my insurance and possibly seeking legal action.

I don't need to say anything, the prior reviews say it all! I don't understand why they are still in business with all of the negative reviews! They have canceled my rides at last minute several times...literally! You have to speak to AI for about 15 min before you can get a live person and when you speak to a live person, you are asked the same questions again. I have two separate events with company. I complain . Nobody don't care how people getting treated. I got picked up twice hours ahead of my picked up time. I had to ride around two more hours to pick of people up. It took around four hours get to my appointment. When it is ready a two hours ride . Nobody should be treated this way. When I try make a complaint modivcare did not want to take the complaint. It ashame how modivcare don't check on the safety of the van on the roads.
