Sucks when you thirsty and have to settle for muddy water...no choice but to settle for poor service
I'm writing this for my mother and since she scheduled her dialysis trips the lady at this location has cancelled all her trips in retaliation to me being upset about this and im seeking legal remedies as we speak because my mother's life is at risk and this will not be tolerated and if something happens because of this I will make sure this company is held liable in the courtroom for the neglect and abandonment of my mother even though she has standing orders and is fully covered and to read these other reviews about doing ... read more
They are awful and keep making us miss appts. Management is no good, and more.
The worst transportation service, text you 30 minutes before your pick up time to say they have no drivers but text you again to they are on the way but never show up, on two occasions they left my elderly mother and the doctor office until closing time and didn't pick her up.
Well, driver said I wasn't at my pickup location however the driver was at the wrong address and of course I wasn't at the wring address I was at my address. These jerks need to start carrying a manifest. It shows correct location, phone number of passenger, and where the passenger is going and the name of the passenger. Get your crap in order MODIVECARE. It really isn't that difficult.
