Patients wait for hours to be picked up from their appointments. When you call, they always say they will be here in 10 min and hours later they are still waiting. Horrible service.
Made and appointed to my Dr over the phone appointment was confirmed something told me to check to see was the appointment confirmed the day before say they didn’t have me scheduled for and appointment now I have to miss my appointment to the Dr who supposed to do my bladder a very important appointment I have had issues with them picking me up have to wait 2 hrs for someone to pick you up after Chemo on several instances Medicaid should do better with this service it’s awful
