I have been so pleased with this company and I would refer them to everyone.
If possible I wouldn’t have even gave yall a star!! Nothing but negativity don’t get any caring people you can tell that they are just there for the money and don’t care about you at all!!! What is also sad is when my app was messed up and I tried to call to put in mileage they would hang up and tell you to call later that they are too busy for you and that also they can’t reimburse you for their fault in the past of not answering their phones or anything. Definitely would not recommend to anyone!
This company canceal my ride i had a important appointment. I had to make came to find out they canceal I try calling thrte answering person keep hanging up in my face idk what is happing but what if someone really needed a ride n they canceal I think they need help to fix this plus ppl who does answer have a bad attude
The worst experience I have ever dealt with, I will never go through Medicare again.
