Yes I am writing this review for my daughter and my grandson which is in MUSC children's hospital. Yes I'm writing it for her because I'm going to say this I had the same exact thing happening to me that is having her with these canceling the ride the day of her going to see her premature baby that was born early and it isn't it is desperately needed for her to come and see and visit and bond with her baby supply her own breast milk for him. Modivcare is one of the most careless, incompetent transportation services I have ever been forced to use. Even Medicaid has acknowledged that complaints about this company are constant — and after repeated experiences, I fully understand why. Customer service is completely disconnected and unprofessional. The agents sound like they are there only to check a box, not to actually help patients. Terrible Transportation services they won’t accommodate you for nothing. They are rude. They will hang up in your face with no explanation. If you asked to speak with the supervisor, they will hang up in your face. I was told that I cannot have an urgent. Call to a doctors appointment The next day because it will have to be three days in advance, which I was trying to explain to her that I just transfer from another state and just got approved for Medicaid and my appointment was the next day to the new doctor. Call this morning to find out who is my driver, the receptionist was very rude . I asked her was she okay? She said, " NO, I am very soft spoken and respectful. I can tell she had an attitude in her voice. I don't know what is going on, but she and a few others need a reality check. And I will be her reality check once I will report her attitude and the company to the BBB! That company be shut down and take over by another company.

Expect to be on the phone for atleast 30+ min or longer to attempt to resolve dispatch mistake, zero help! Horrible communication, transportation arrives late and they dont seem to care, dont rely on making it to an important apt on time. Bad management! Horrible training on customer service, they make you feel like a burden to them, & to simply realize they get paid to do this to customers. What a shame!
