They will leave you stranded and give the drivers the wrong information they left me stranded I will have to have a talk with united healthcare and see what they think this isn't the first time they also give wrong times they will mix am and pm up on your request
Rude with absolutely no help!! The app doesnt work the way it needs to and apparently they dont take times on the weekend!
Posted previous review, had to edit when I was told that modivecare has been under reimbursing clients for years. When they got caught, they have refused to provide me documents to calculate how much is owed. Sent me on a goose chase to get them giving me false websites to obtain.
