You need to hire English speaking drivers they don't understand a single thing. I told them numerous times to be careful ugg. Would not recommend your company
They tell you yes you have a ride till the day before and cancel you and leave you stranded with no ride or even to attempt to get you a different ride
Hit or miss........ sometimes they show and sometimes they don't
Terrible service! Yesterday you never scheduled a ride home for me. Two hours later I was finally able to make it home. Also, I cancelled an appointment for today. Even though the Representative assured me she would cancel transportation, she never did & they showed up at my door! I was so embarrassed! The driver was upset with me too.
You get a ride to doc, store, Pharmacy. It's a God send
