It's nice to get rides for medical appointments. For the most part it goes smoothly, however there has been times it's like pulling teeth to get a ride scheduled.

Whatever has changed, it's a massive improvement. I've raised my rating from one star to four stars. If it's this easy every time, from now on, I'll raise it to five. It used to be such a hassle anytime I needed to reschedule or cancel a ride because a doctor rescheduled an appointment. It's taking hours to get it done before. Today, I discovered numbers have changed, again, and I used to have to call to cancel a ride. As someone who has worked in service, I'm shocked at the behavior of some agents, and their lack of access to our information. Every chat on the app begins with Mara, the automated system, I guess. But it's not introduced as that. One agent, in her own custom greeting (I guess?) mentions chatting with Mara, when I'm supposed to be connected to an agent, so I am attempting to discern whether I am still connected to the automated system or if this is now an agent or if I'm still waiting for an agent, and she gets an attitude a... read more
