This is the worst place in the world to book at trip thru. Everything that you can think of that could go wrong has gone wrong. Iv had to use them several times because it's free and I would rather walk across the city than use them again!!!!!

It's nice to get rides for medical appointments. For the most part it goes smoothly, however there has been times it's like pulling teeth to get a ride scheduled.

Whatever has changed, it's a massive improvement. I've raised my rating from one star to four stars. If it's this easy every time, from now on, I'll raise it to five. It used to be such a hassle anytime I needed to reschedule or cancel a ride because a doctor rescheduled an appointment. It's taking hours to get it done before. Today, I discovered numbers have changed, again, and I used to have to call to cancel a ride. I feel like the only ones that can get service from this company is those they can stay on the phone all day.
