The automated answering system is more of a hassle than a help. Replacing human beings that used to answer the phone with computers or automated answering machines is NOT convenient. It does NOT positively contribute to the well being of anyone except the fraudulent companies making big bucks off of others misery. Replace the automated answering machines with real employees and I might review the review. The system set in place has no real comprehension level. It listens to respond; not for comprehension. We booked this service in advance to transport kiddo in a wheelchair to the urologist. The ride there was fine, but we were left stranded at the doctor's office for 6 hours, with dispatch telling us there was no return ride booked, and giving us the run around with the same blanket statement that no wheelchair van provider was available but they'd "expedite to their back office and get back to us" and to call back if we didn't hear within 30 minutes which we'd never hear back and have to call right back in, wait and explain ... read more

Everyday this week my mother's rides have been messed up. Tuesday no one showed up, her dialysis wanted her in the next day, no one showed up at pick up time, called and the driver said no one was here when he came. He went to the wrong house, and instead of calling my mother he just left. So she was an hour late to dialysis. Thursdays ride was fine, it was a different ride company. Then after dialysis on Thursday modivcare left her to sit 3 and a half hours after she got done with dialysis. She got off her chair at 11:30, c... read more

This is the worst place in the world to book at trip thru. Everything that you can think of that could go wrong has gone wrong. Iv had to use them several times because it's free and I would rather walk across the city than use them again!!!!!

It's nice to get rides for medical appointments. For the most part it goes smoothly, however there has been times it's like pulling teeth to get a ride scheduled.
