Absolutely gets worse and worse every single trip. They constantly show up late, sometimes past my appointment times! Then getting a return trip is an absolute disaster. I usually have to call at least three times before an actual driver is on the way. Today I'm waiting past the hour and a half mark. Which is the usual, another 20 minutes and they set a new record for the worst experience ever. I don't understand how they can actively get worse and worse. I'm amazed. Not in a good way. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate group of people. My son has a set appointment to be picked up. They have either not shown up or say they have called. I called the driver and the response was who's calling my dam phone. Real professional. I then asked if she would be picking him up because the appointment is very important. She blatantly lied to me that she would make a call. I then called the company and got a no better response. Disgusting service if they're not late they're changing your driver without even telling you or never even showing up for that matter and some of their vehicles stink smell like animal there's no other company to buy them and top them out that work with Medicaid I don't care how many times they change the name the service remains the same slow an unreliable at times! Matter of fact I'm late to my appointment today it was at 11:00 thank you modive care 😑

Absolutely irresponsible, uncaring and the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with . I depend on and schedule medically necessary rides weekly, and almost every single appointment I either don’t get to on time , get there so early I have to wait an hour or never get picked up from for hours after scheduled time of pickup .Getting ahold of someone to help takes a very long time , and once someone is reached - it’s always an excuse why their contracted transportation services have left me stranded , didn’t come, came ... read more
