Modivcare Review I actually like Modivcare and have not had major problems with the service itself. My complaints are with some of the subcontracted transportation companies, including Smart Choice Transportation and Hands and Hands Transportation. One driver was speeding with several passengers packed into the van and had the window open while transporting my granddaughter’s premature baby. ANNIE who is supposed to be A SUPERVISOR made no attempt to assist my elderly grandfather on his dyalisis treatment They canceled his trip on the same day with out notice A company said they can take him But they didnt want to oay the holiday pay So he missed his appt

The AI is terrible. You got too beg it at least 3 times before you can get a person. Very frustrating when you know only a operator can help .

Customer aeevice in IL talk to members in a condecending tone, they complicate things when their job is to provide solutions, simple as that! They dont provide a clear answer rather say standing order says this but we do this , end up on the phone talking for 30 min with issue not resolved.
