Complaint Regarding Modivcare Transportation Services and BCBS of Illinois I am filing a formal complaint regarding the ongoing transportation issues I have experienced with Modivcare, the vendor contracted by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois to provide rides to and from medical appointments. Modivcare routinely begins my transportation booking through Lyft, which has never caused me any issues. These people was supposed to be here for both appointments one for vital work and one for a physical and they did not show up both times I will never work with this company again.
This company is shitty always late and leave people stranded.
Everything about this company is bad. Deserves zero stars, not even 1. File a grievance with your insurance company against them, that's my recommendation.
I would give 0 STAR whenever I book the ride they always cancel and they never tell why do that
