Customer aeevice in IL talk to members in a condecending tone, they complicate things when their job is to provide solutions, simple as that! They dont provide a clear answer rather say standing order says this but we do this , end up on the phone talking for 30 min with issue not resolved.
Horrible customer service! They dont know what there talking about. Staff needs better training, they contradict themselves, always end up making multiple calls just to get my transportation reservation processed correctly. Nothing gets done correctly with them, lack of empathy and dudiligence!! Literally they are a call center but expect minimum effort to assist customer ,brush off customers just end the call!
Shut this company down. I highly recommend no insurance contracts with them! They violate HIPAA laws all day long. When you book a trip with them, they like to call your medical facility and verify information. Or they like to call and verify your prescriptions. Even if a medical facility gives out any info, as simple as it seems they could get in major trouble and many offices will refuse to give them even any information at all. Complaint Regarding Modivcare Transportation Services and BCBS of Illinois I am filing a formal complaint regarding the ongoing transportation issues I have experienced with Modivcare, the vendor contracted by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois to provide rides to and from medical appointments. Modivcare routinely begins my transportation booking through Lyft, which has never caused me any issues. These people was supposed to be here for both appointments one for vital work and one for a physical and they did not show up both times I will never work with this company again.
