Horrible customer service.
Motivecare-less is a joke. I am furious at these fools. No wonder they filed bankruptcy. I've submitted a formal complaint against them, sending a copy to Mainecare. No response. My doctor's office made arrangements, on my behalf w/ Motivecare. They never showed. The office mnngr filed a complaint on my behalf. They used the lame excuse that they had no record of me. They were speaking to the person who scheduled me. I've given at least 48 hr notice, only to be "canceled ". Once I was canceled bc THEY entered the provider's ... read more
This place is by far the WORST transportation and they truly do not care about any of us. If you go in and put in an address and maybe even the name of the location where you are going, they deliberately without your consent go in and change information. And they deny transportation without even a cause. One time I was denied because I didn’t give them two days in advance, but then another trip I gave them 2 1/2 days in advance and it still was denied.
