Well I was down to the bus stop with kids today and other adults they had a driver coming and slowing down to pick up a person up here in Farmington when I was waiting outside with the kids the driver wasn't slowing down almost hit the kids and the other adults rushed the other person out to get into the vehicle to take them to their appointment. I have called and complained on this matter and they say there's nothing they can do without the person they were picking up information. So I'm not very happy they said they couldn... read more
I’m 9 months pregnant and needed to see my new Cardiologist asap before I give birth. Had scheduled my driver to be 15 minutes early. My driver was 40 minutes late and never showed up. Caused me to miss my appointment. Couldn’t reschedule because they have NO AVAILABILITY. Literally a life or death situation and they screwed me over. I just hope I have no complications during labor with my heart, otherwise I may be seeking legal action against them.
This company was supposed to pick my up at 8am... it's now 1120 and they are still saying another half hour. I just got out of surgery, I'm exhausted and in so much pain.bthe nurses gave me my medicine, right before he was supposed to arive so I could have a comfortable ride home. The nurse specifically asked to have me picked up no later than 8am so I could get to the pharmacy before they close. We'll cant do that, so now I have no medicine until tomorrow!!! Just got off 30 min. call to make a reservation to take my son to a Boston hospital. The agent ( who said she worked from home) I spoke to had never arranged a trip like this before and I had to repeat everything three or four times. I know it’s hard to get help these days, but this person should never, ever be doing customer service. This should’ve taken 15 minutes the most, and it ended up taking an eternity with an incompetent agent.
