Once again this horrible company proves how little they value people's time and health. They don't show up they don't call and insist on two business days to schedule appointments so if you miss one, you have to find a way to make it work so that you can survive. I can't say enough how much I HATE this company.
I called 2 days ago to pickup my 89 year old father for cardiac test,the Uber driver came on time but insisted the car ride was canceĺled, I called healthfirst transport number 1888 260 1010 And explained what had happened they said they will order another car , but the car never came ,eventually I called healthfirst but they are giving me a hard time,eventually the appt was cancelled ,horrible service
Not reliable at all, either they show up late or don't show up at all
If a 0 Star was possible, that's what they would earn. Customer service is not existant. They make the smallest of issues mountains in comparison. If it weren't the only choice I wouldn't use it.
