Great building. Fine people. I hope all the tenants know their building isn’t in full compliance with building electrification law Local Law 97, but the building is eligible for special funding from Intro654 (J51) that can shave up to 70% of electrification costs. Out with the gas furnaces that give people asthma! In with the heat pumps that both heat and cool!! I hope they contact their building manager.
