This was the best piercing experience ever! James pierced my septum. On a scale of 1-10, the pain was a 1. Was perplexed how fast and painless it was. His piercing skills were 10/10!

I have had my lobe piercings, a helix piercing, and all of my tattoos done by Jess and James, and every experience has been excellent. They both have such a steady and professional hand, which made the process far less painful than I expected. The studio is clean, welcoming, and well-organised, and I always feel completely at ease during my appointments. I highly recommend Hess and James for anyone looking for high-quality piercings or tattoos.

Me and my friend came here a few weeks ago so my friend could get a dermal and I could get a helix. We were walk ins and the couple that run this shop were so friendly and lovely. They have quality service and answered all the questions me and my friend had as well as help me find the perfect piece of Jewellery for my piercing. They did a amazing job with our piercings and were super friendly and hospitable. Will def be coming back!
