I would mark "Horrible and an absolute waste of money and time" if I could. Save yourself a headache (and your money)and find another law center, especially if you are dealing with Kevin Rasher who claims to be an attorney, but is not a name you can find on the California list of credited attorneys or under the California Bar. A monkey could have handled my case as smoothly as he did. Do your homework on him.
