We ordered furniture from the website. None of the furniture that we ordered was in stock and they could not give a time frame when the order would be fulfilled. I asked for a refund and the customer service person said she would do that. That was 3 weeks ago and they are now ghosting us. I even called the owner, Mr. Moses Bluzenstein. He did take care of this refund. I would not purchase anything from this company. If we receive our refund, I will amend this review. We received our refund 5 weeks after our request

These chairs are gorgeous and sturdy. I think people wonder if these will ever tip over, and we've never had that problem with them. They're gorgeous, fun and comfortable to sit in, and we get complements on them all the time.

I placed an order for chairs in December of 2025 because it was advertised that they would arrive before the new year. It is now almost April 2026 and I have not received the chairs. Customer Service keeps giving me new dates of when the chairs will arrive, and consistently miss those dates. They offered a discount, which apparently they forget to apply. I am chasing them every month without any proactive updates. I recommend going to another company for your purchases.

Red flag I requested a cancellation via email and received confirmation from the seller that my order was canceled. Despite this, my payment was still charged. I have sent two follow-up emails and attempted to call, but I have received no response at all.
