When i first went Modest Medix I told them I couldnt do much because of my back injury. My weight was 367 lbs and they set me up on a program that I could do and also gave me the knowledge of how to get to my goal. So far I have lost 140 lbs. I hurt my back about 10 yrs ago and during this time I put on a lot of weight due to my pain and immobility and spending most of my time in bed,.
