When I bought my couch, I initially absolutely loved it. However, there is now some damage to two of the cushions, and I have been reaching back to the company to purchase replacement covers. I am not expecting a free replacement, I'm happy to pay for them. However, they have been absolutely negligent at returning phone calls or text messages. A little defect in my product but overall all they are great
We have a problem with one recliner and accidently damaged the other. The representative came to our home and fixed everything without any charges. Excellent service that is rare today. Highly recommend this store!
