I've had a bad experience with this company. I just arrived to pick up the truck I booked a week ago, which isn't here.. Getting different stories and ETAs of the trucks arrival from different staff. They obviously didn't have one arranged and forgot about my booking. Waste of time, I'm going overseas and now left scrambling for another option to move house within the day. I will avoid this business in the future.

I’ve hired cars from this place a couple of times and have always been impressed with their excellent service. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other rental companies in Geelong. They’re also flexible, offering short-term rentals on short notice, and are accommodating with extensions and early drop-offs.

I have been hiring cars from Moderncar Car & Truck Rental for over 5 years now and absolutely awesome service as for my money deposit and anything other rental monry remaining it all comes back to me in no time, give and take a week or 2 but it's defently in my account. Thank you for the excellent car rental service you give me. I sincerely appreciate the hard work you put into your vehicles.

Rented about 5 cars from these guys. Each car was perfect. Great communication with reception and others, very affordable rates, made it super easy to hire a reliable car time and time again. AAAA+++++
