Won’t stand behind their products. Received a damaged tabletop and has been a long back and forth with customer service. Horrible service, delayed responses and won’t offer a serious solution to customers.
Had an amazing experience shopping for my beautiful desk at modern wood style. The quality of all the wood is top-tier and the costumer service is outstanding! Love my new desk! Definitely recommend.
I purchased a standing desk based on good reviews online. My service experience was not great. The legs were delivered quickly, but the delivery email said the entire desk had been delivered when it was only the legs. There was no other communication or tracking to show otherwise. Disappointed. I searched a long time for the perfect desk for my home office. I saw good reviews and decided this was it. The desk is great, I am happy with it. I purchased a couple of additional add ones. One never came. It was the power plug, not an inexpensive piece. I had to ask about it three times. Was told I would get an eta within 20 minutes.
