Modern Tux completely disregarded the in- person measurements for my out of town groomsman, measured my arms wrong for my tux which was incredibly too short, and the hem fell out of my pant leg on my big day, plus a very loose tux jacket button that was about 5 seconds from falling out every time. Now customer service was ehh okay. They did get me the correct shirt in time but the rest of the process and accountability I was disappointed with for how much business and advertising they do.
Wouldn’t give a star. Rented a tux for prom. Came in the day before, the suit was wrong. They last did not seem to care besides saying they could order a new vest. Lady’s were not very nice. Did not offer any money off nothing. Customer service was not good at all.

Literally so pathetic. My sister had a wedding yesterday, drove an hour and a half to pick up all the groomsmen suits for them to call back and say they shorted us 2. Drove back out to get them, and 2 were way too small they had to go buy new suits that matched as best as they could. My fiancé BOUGHT a suit jacket there, went to pick it up and it’s too small.
