I cannot say enough about this retailer! Though we didn't order any children's items, we did place a custom order for a large (30-inch) wooden letter that we needed within a week's time. Not only did Brian turn the order around in less than a week, but he accommodated our request for a different font at no extra charge. Concerned about shipping time, we asked Brian if we could pick it up (in Louisville) to which Brian said, "No Problem!"
