I wish I could say his work is great, but I can not! I reached out to Neal via phone, text message and twice on his website. We spoke once where he told me to send him pictures. I did this. One of his technicians was going to come to my home. No one came. I am STILL waiting for a phone call, a text message, an email, a visit from a technician... the work to be be done on my furniture. Neil is a true artisan. He overhauled two vintage sofas, recushioned an antique rocking chair, and created a window seat pad for me. We could not be happier with craftsmanship and attention to detail - plus he is very helpful with choosing new fabrics. Thank you Neil! Update: Neil has also reupholstered two armchairs and our prior projects are holding up beautifully.
