From the very first enquiry phone call to the moment of delivery, it was an amazing experience of dealing with this company. Absolutely everyone was highly efficient, helpful, friendly & accommodating. I honestly believe that they definitely exceeded, went above & beyond my expectations in Customer Service ! I highly recommend this simply outstanding company !
As a bathroom renovation company we rely on our tile supplier. With Modertiles they have become like part of my team too get my jobs complete with minimal fuss.
Rude and judgemental!! We did a bathroom renovation recently and the blonde lady with a very big mouth left me feeling so judged and belittled that we made our way down to another tile shop where they treated us with the respect we should expect from a business. This lady is losing you business with her poor attitude and belittlement of unassuming customers. We won't be back and certainly won't be recommending you.
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went in with a super small request, and they took the time to guide me into the right direction.
