I ordered orange shelves from Modern Shelving, and the quality was unacceptable. Due to inadequate packaging, some corners arrived damaged, but the factory flaws were even worse. The shelves had deep scratches, dirt painted directly into the finish, missed paint along the edges, and visible glove marks in the paint. Quality control was virtually nonexistent. Went with custom wood shelving from this company for my bedroom. The shelves look great and are what I wanted but… First, my order did not arrive within the ETA I was initially given due to volume of orders on their end. I had to reach out to get this update. We are developing a new display for our Pickle Longer, Surf Longer and Party Longer products. The wall mounted and pole mounted designs with the led lights and signage came out amazing! The customer service has been excellent both with the initial order and with a follow-on order which included a small piece for the first part that somehow got lost in the shuffle.
