We have purchased over 20 shades, both automated and manual. The shades are excellent and offer varying light options. I’ve also found the customer service to be outstanding and personal. As we were going out of town, I delayed delivery of my shades and with a single chat, everything was accomplished and my shades arrived when requested.
I have had such good experiences with this company. We have ordered blinds for a few different projects and they have always delivered excellent quality products. Their customer service is exceptional. Remember when you used to be able to get well made products at a fair price and be able to talk to a competent person if you have questions? That is this place. I can’t recommend it enough.
Long time and repeat customer here. I’ve been working with Jon and the rest of the MSX team over the years on various orders.
