I first purchased shades from Modern Shade Express in 2023. I worked with Jon, who guided me through the proper way to measure the blinds that I purchased and was communicative throughout the process. The automated shades came with good instructions but I personally require additional handholding when it comes to installing and programming the shades. Jon helped me so much in getting the right size and type of shade for my business, at the drop of the hat he would get on facetime with me to help me figure out this project. He went above and beyond what I would expect from a shade distributor. And on top of that it was cheaper than I expected and he is just a nice guy. Highly recommend!
We have purchased over 20 shades, both automated and manual. The shades are excellent and offer varying light options. I’ve also found the customer service to be outstanding and personal. As we were going out of town, I delayed delivery of my shades and with a single chat, everything was accomplished and my shades arrived when requested.
I have had such good experiences with this company. We have ordered blinds for a few different projects and they have always delivered excellent quality products. Their customer service is exceptional. Remember when you used to be able to get well made products at a fair price and be able to talk to a competent person if you have questions? That is this place. I can’t recommend it enough.
Long time and repeat customer here. I’ve been working with Jon and the rest of the MSX team over the years on various orders.
