They took money and didnt even have a signed agreement..They delivered a broke bed with not all the parts 2 times.. put together wrong the forst time and broke , second time dodnt even put it together and sat mattress on top of the old broken wood... Said they would be back with extra legs and left the bed on wood blocks... Told the manager and he said he would get it right but still no legs, cant use the bed but they called me at least 4 times a week wanting payment... This place used to be awesome. But at a point earlier in the year through a trouble period a driver was sent out to my door every day when it wasn't even time to make a payment. I was told one time I had to call while the driver was standing there. The driver was cool no issue with him me and him were joking. But then on the day to pay I was sent a text to pay and all I had was cash. When I told them I was on the way with cash I was told by Nautica that the account had been closed. I was a delivery driver for Modern Rent to Own for 6 years and I've seen them do some dirty stuff. Every year they Rent mattresses to people who rent rooms to people for the Furniture Market and they tell the people that they rent them to and us the delivery crew to leave the plastic on the mattress and when we pick the mattresses up after the Furniture Market they sell them to their customers as new mattresses and l asked management and the sales person is that legal and I was told the customer would never know.
