We initially had an issue with the delivery company, but the modern planet customer service team was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. The overall experience was great.

The quality of the product; Vondom Loungers, was a perfect fit/use for our in pool 'baja shelf.' But, the customer service was really awesome! I mean that. From start to finish the entire team was in contact providing status updates and confirmations along the way - even the delivery drivers! It was such a enjoyable experience that I felt compelled to tell you about it here - and I NEVER write these sort of things. So, there it is; if Modern has want you want - get it!

Miserable customer service and extreme disregard in terms of accommodation and compensation. I bought an extensive Knoll couch especially at ModernPlanet given the clear 4-6 weeks delivery time published on their website. 4 months later the item is still not delivered and there has been absolutely zero positive responsiveness in regard to compensation or opportunities to circumvent the standard answers from Knoll. High price for very cheap service.

The experience was very personalized and met my expectations when I decided to purchase designer furniture. The communication process was voice centered and I was never handed off to someone else. Estimated ship dates and shipping notifications were very accurate. Thankfully, the exceptional customer service experience did not end once the product was ordered.
