Great Customer Service. Very friendly every time I call.
Great Customer Service
Very poor product design. 2 weeks after my vision center placed lenses in a Modern Optical frame I purchased from a distributor, the paint on my frames is wearing off ... first on the inside of the frames and now the outside. This is the result of Modern Optical manufacturing process whereby they mold their frames in white plastic then PAINT the frames vs. adding color to the plastic before the frames were molded. My requests to obtain reimbursement from Modern Optical have gone unanswered.
They simply give the BEST Customer Service of any frame company out there. Easy returns and exchange policy!
Modern Optical is a great family owned company ran by stand up people. They have the BEST customer service in the industry, and their product is the best deal. They have top notch budget and mid-range eyewear with a 2 year warranty! They promote loyalty, commitment, service, quality, style, price, and it really shows. I can't say enough good things about Modern!
