Loved this store!!
I went in Modern Manor soon after they opened for the first time. I was not acknowledged or spoken to by anyone at the front desk. As I walked around I was passed by on an isle by the people working there and again no one spoke or asked if they could be of help. Had a very negative experience so I gave it another try about a month later. Same treatment! Even though they have some nice merchandise the staff is very snobby and needs to have customer service training. Doesn’t make you want to shop there.
I absolutely loved this store ..staff could work on their friendliness. Was not welcomed in and at 10 mins before closing (I was in process of leaving) the lady put up a barricade and reminded rather rudely that they were closing. But, the store itself is awesome!!
We visit Modern Manor pretty regularly, we absolutely love it. They have house decor, clothing and lots of gift options.
