The furniture we received was what we ordered, and what I'd expect for the price. I wasn't happy with the customer service. We ordered a couch and ottoman set and had it delivered. It was delivered without the ottoman, due to store error in the original ordering. The store readily supplied the ottoman, but refused to have it delivered to our home, a little outside their typical delivery area.
Great staff friendly people both at lynnwood and everett. Have pretty much furnished my entire home with them. Ive bought both cash and tried their financing program that works great as a second option to pay in 2 or three payments. Ive bought two sets of living rooms with them and with care theyve hold up really great. Recomended my uncle to buy here and his living set is also still in great shape after 1.5 yrs. Will def come here for next purchase.
I have made many purchases here and have also re-consigned ! I love this place because i can change my furniture every year or every season !
Meh. honestly, what was I thinking paying $600 for an unused couch at a joint called "Modern Used Furniture"? I have to take part of the credit for my lame experience. Anyway it's a total piece of junk the leatherette or bonded leather I think they call it is all flaking and the cushions getting kind of wonky in places after one year ownership.
