I bought a matress set from this company a yr ago. I got it home to realize it was too high for my husband who is handicapped. They let me exchange it even though i had removed the plastic. Then a few weeks ago (1yr later) i realized the matress was beginning to sway toward the edge. Once again they let me exchange. This company's customer satisfaction commitment is above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them.
They didn't even attempt to help us at all. Me and my father had just gotten off work and went into this business hoping to purchase a new bed. Instead we just patiently walked around waiting on some assistance. 3 of the workers just chatted while we waited. Honestly it felt like that scene from "pretty woman" when the workers made the customer feel like she didn't belong, that's how we felt. Never going here again
Keith at Modern Home Furniture is the man! My wife and I bought a leather sectional, but we have dogs so we opted for a damage warranty and boy are we glad we did. My dogs tore up my new sofa and the warranty company wanted to send someone out to patch it rather than replacer it. Keith went to bat for us with the warrant company and now we have a replacement on the way. Keith is great with his customers - you can't go wrong with Modern Home Furniture!
Had an EXCELLENT experience purchasing Theatre seating from Keith at Modern Home Furniture in Lexington, KY. We have purchased several things from them in the past but just wanted everyone to know that their customer service is AWESOME!!! Thank you Modern Home Furniture!!!
