Kaliin was amazing. He was patient and took his time with us. Let us make our decisions wisely. He was fun to work with upbeat so pleasant most importantly he was extremely knowledgeable about all the products in modern home Idaho Falls great store. It’s a huge place. You don’t realize how big it is until you walk in !

Originally Modern Home seems like a smart choice, but you will quickly find out that the material of the couches are brittle and will not stand up to simple usage. The warranty department is very unreliable and has poor communication with management and customers. Good customer service is not difficult just simply update customers rather than having them call you every 1-2 weeks to see if anything has happened.
