Kenny is always friendly and does a quality of work that is hard to find. My brother and I got memorial tattoos Saturday. The level of detail he gets is awesome. My brother has been going to Kenny for years. I will definitely be back. He is the best we have found.
Trashy and Douchy and comparable to the place in St. Peters that smells like cigarettes. Pleather all over the floor and had to wait an hour and a half for a piercing.
