Call the store on 10/9/24 looking for older model tile and was told by Diane that she did have the tile but needed to check with the warehouse for inventory. I didn't hear back from her, so the following Wednesday, i went to the store in person, and the store was closed despite the posted hours stating it should be open. I live in Seal Beach, we are building our home there and am the architect. I always try to support local stores (know more than ever). I found Diane and she has been wonderful. She has a store with so many different options. I love that it doesn't feel outdated. She helped me find this beautiful tile to help complete my bathrooms. What I really like about her is her flexibility. She thinks outside the box. I appreciate her creativity and knowledge of construction and design.

I recently purchased a home in the Belmont Heights area and was looking to remodel my fireplace. Diane at Modern Earth Tile was great at helping my wife and I determine our preferred style and provided several recommendations for potential contractors. Lastly, when I had to put a pause on my project, she worked with her vendors on my behalf. I look forward to working with her in the future on my remodel projects.
