This was a truly amazing experience. I have been having issues with getting the dosages right with antidepressants. I was experiencing a little down turn after a pretty good period. The day after my session I woke up feeling like a new woman. I couldn’t even tell you what Lauren talked about when I was hypnotized. I don’t think she addressed any of my issues. This was my first hypnosis experience and I really appreciate the way Lauren explained the process and helped me understand what to expect. In two sessions, she helped me let go of some familiar thought loops that were no longer serving me. Since working with Lauren, it's like my brain scans a row of books and the book containing those familiar thought loops just doesn't feel interesting enough to pick up and leaf through anymore. I'm really thankful for this experience!

Lauren is such an amazing woman. She has helped me so much. She’s very professional and such a breath of fresh air to be around. This is my third session working with her within two years. I came to her, dealing with depression and grief, and every time she has helped me through it and I come out of her sessions, feeling peaceful, relaxed and at ease with life.
