Kinda bummed about the lack of professionalism. Was super excited and booked an appt months in advance to my bday, and was cancelled on last minute. I was very understanding as it involved family and health, but I never got so much as a return text or call to get rescheduled. I even wasted my time trying to inquire about when I could expect outreach and never heard back. I cannot rave enough about this place and my stylist, Shadelin! I haven’t seen my hair look this good in a blowout in over 5 years. I’ve been relying on my Revlon brush since the pandemic, but it just wasn’t cutting it for my curly hair. Before finding Shadelin, I was going to Dominican hair salons, but the rolos were burning my scalp and damaging my hair.
