To address the other review, yes they do not have someone to answer calls and book appointments for you in SA. However once you get in Lupe is wonderful, she is highly professional and an excellent esthetician. she will give you great tips and is able to wax you with minimal pain. on top of all that, she will make all her appointments and will book you for your next appointment while you are there. Finally, she also has very competitive pricing. I have been going to her for almost six months and she is amazing!
Got a groupon for this place. Have been trying to schedule an appointment all day. You have to call a call center in Dallas to reach the San Antonio location, but they refuse to transfer you. They'll take your name an number, tell you the one person who books appointments is busy and will call you back. After several attempts and no appointment I gave up.
