I finally got fed up with treatments here and canceled my membership after a year. It’s advertised as a calming facility, but other clients are allowed to talk all they want and disrupt the peace, I cannot relax at all which is a total waste of money. Also, one of the technicians said they could cure my sight loss with acupuncture-a major red flag. I should have stopped going once I heard that. Embarrassing.
DONT GET ACUPUNCTURE HERE!!!! Put a freeze on account for financial reasons. After 3 months they charged my CC on file without notification. Refuse to refund the money back. They dont offer away to freeze account until i want it activated. No communication. There are other places in charlotte!!! GO THERE!
I have to amend my post (unfortunately). I had a great experience with my acupuncturist. She was AMAZING. However, I question the ethics of the business and have issues with their practices. Their Policy... if you cancel your membership, you forfeit any unused treatments. Yep, you read that right... I paid for it, and they took it.
