I have been really pleased with my experience at this facility. I’ve been going here for around 2 years now and there’s a reason I never felt the need to somewhere else. The front desk is always so welcoming and the providers are knowledgeable and respectful. I always feel amazing after leaving. Definitely give it a try!
I have suffered with neck tightness and headaches. I am a proponent of massage and chiropractic care. However those were not helping anymore. After 4 sessions here, I have had amazing results. For the first time in a long time I feel less pain and have more range of motion. Love the location and the room itself is calming and relaxing. Yes it is not "private rooms" but this works for me and my husband. Thank you for helping me feel better! Highly recommend
I finally got fed up with treatments here and canceled my membership after a year. It’s advertised as a calming facility, but other clients are allowed to talk all they want and disrupt the peace, I cannot relax at all which is a total waste of money. Also, one of the technicians said they could cure my sight loss with acupuncture-a major red flag. I should have stopped going once I heard that. Embarrassing.
DONT GET ACUPUNCTURE HERE!!!! Put a freeze on account for financial reasons. After 3 months they charged my CC on file without notification. Refuse to refund the money back. They dont offer away to freeze account until i want it activated. No communication. There are other places in charlotte!!! GO THERE!
I have to amend my post (unfortunately). I had a great experience with my acupuncturist. She was AMAZING. However, I question the ethics of the business and have issues with their practices. Their Policy... if you cancel your membership, you forfeit any unused treatments. Yep, you read that right... I paid for it, and they took it. The response I got when I spoke to the staff: "Read the fine print." I understand not providing a refund but not allowing me to use treatments that I already paid for seems unreasonable.
