The Modelworks Direct Team was an exceptional group to deal with. They created a model of the North Beach Volunteer Fire Department's 1932 Seagrave Suburbanite pumper that has been deemed by the members to be very fine replica, given we only had a few photos of the truck. The team worked closely with us to ensure we were satisfied and meticulously addressed all modifications. Each box was packed with extreme care. These guys are legit! Mum had to sell her 15 year-old car and was pretty sad about it, so I scoured the internet for a reliable modelworks company and this was the best I could find. SO glad I got it in time for mum’s birthday!

The model they made of my mums Honda crv for her birthday was perfect! Everyone was so impressed. Great team and very friendly
