This has been the worst experience ever shopping for furniture at Model Home Furniture. Sonia is very unprofessional, please beware if she sends you a picture of an item and you state you like it. That means in her mind you want to special order the item. I have been waiting on a bed that I purchased for 3 weeks after Sonia told me it would be 1 week. If I could give this place negative rating, I would do that. She took my full money in advance and didn’t deliver my furniture on time. On repeated reminders, she stopped answering my texts and calls whereas she was still actively doing business with other people. And now she wants to give me some other piece of furniture which I haven’t ordered and refuses to return my money back or answer my calls. NEVER EVER GIVE HER YOUR MONEY IN ADVANCE AND I WOULD ADVICE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND AVOID STRESS.
