I am so glad I found Model Home Accents. Not only did they have a vase in the style and color I wanted, they shipped the product out of state. Rose followed up with me to make sure I received it and that it was not defective. I will definitely look at this store before I look anywhere else.
The woman running the business was incredibly helpful, and the products being sold were very nice, great quality, and were being sold at a much lower place than retail or online. Would definitely recommend visiting!
This lady named “Rose” is a scammer. She posted a picture of furniture with certain dimensions, but when I bought it, the actual piece turned out to be way smaller and completely different in size. When I reached out to her about the issue and asked to return the item, she read my messages and then ignored me. No response, no accountability. Be careful — she’s dishonest and will leave you stuck with something that isn’t what was advertised.
We were in the market for a new Kitchen Table/Chairs for over a year. We finally selected a Table and 6 chairs (Moe's Furniture). Next step was finding a Distributor of this furniture from a Store/Company who had affordable & fair pricing but, most important, who were honest and had excellent Customer Service.
