Update 2026: I had a scheduling "emergency" and they came through for me, getting my car done despite my poor planning! I just picked up my car at the Model Garage. I wish I had found this place two years ago, when we first moved to the East Bay. I had gotten to a point where I couldn't fully trust my usual dealer. My car had an oil leak, and their answer was to fix everything that might be the cause. That would have cost close to half the car's value. I said no and brought it to the Model Garage instead. They diagnosed it properly. They identified the most likely causes and fixed only those. That's the kind of shop I want to keep using.
